fantastic stay with minor drawbacks
breakfast buffetfriendly valethandwritten noteninth floor suite
I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were many choices available. the valet was friendly and helpful upon arrival. i received a handwritten note and a free gift because i was the guest of the day. they provided a crib for my baby in our suite located on the ninth floor.
The hotel is located next to a fire station. The sirens were loud at times.

The breakfast included options like omelets waffles bacon breakfast potatoes eggs and bagels. Multiple drink choices were also available. a staff member was efficient keeping the area clean and stocked with food while offering assistance. the breakfast attendant brought us a baby seat without us having to ask for it.

The valet service was very friendly and informative upon our arrival. jody at the front desk was helpful and recommended different things around town. she even checked in on us throughout our stay. The service was excellent and attentive. brent provided many great recommendations for local experiences.

The pool area seemed well kept and provided a relaxing space . the hotel offered amenities such as a gym and a pool. This made it suitable for both exercise and relaxation.

The hotel's location provided easy access to various attractions and amenities. Many destinations were within walking distance. its central location made exploring very convenient. the location allowed for easy access to dining and entertainment.

The room was clean and well kept providing a comfortable environment. we received a crib in our suite when traveling with a baby. It was a king room king bed nonsmoking. the suite on the 9th floor suited our needs well.

I loved the spacious rooms this hotel has! The location is great with many dining options nearby. I really liked how clean the entire hotel was! The breakfast offered a great and filling selection.
I noticed the lobby had a very strong cologne smell. It was a bit overwhelming. It was sometimes a long wait, especially during busy times. The front desk staff did not seem very friendly to me.
